Dancing is a fun way to burn big calories.

Dancing will help you ward off disease, get lean … and less mean.

Dancing can improve your relationship, helps your brain work out too.

Dancing is one of the best exercises that you can do to   move all your muscles and tone your body. Dancing gives you the flexibility, strength and happy mindset that cannot be found in other kind of exercise.

Dance also makes you happy and makes you feel good. Dancing is also an anti-depressant which is a key to a healthy life style.
If you dance 30-60 minutes every day, you will see that the joy and happiness will capture your life.

Dancing makes you feel young and energetic and give you a happy state of life that people who don’t dance cannot even imagine. It is good for our heart and cardiovascular system and also for your breathing. If you dance every day, you improve the blood circulation in your body and it is one of the fun ways to get rid of extra calories.

Remember to drink lots of water if you dance often and avoid excessive consumption of alcohol.

To make dancing more fun you have plenty of options:

Ballet, break dancing, ballroom dance, tango, belly dancing, Flamenco, salsa, tap dancing and a lot more are just some of them. You can choose one that you (and your partner) are more comfortable with or you can choose a brand new style to learn it. Surprisingly you can learn dancing just by watching someone who does well, which makes it easy to learn it from a video.
It won’t cost you a lot of money, and it can be done at home. You can also pay professional dancers to teach you how to dance, but it costs you more money than watching a dance for funvideo to learn the techniques. Dancing should be fun at this stage and you don’t need to be worried about the details of your dancing style if it is not perfect. It is important to enjoy the dance to create a happy –positive mindset and a healthy fit body which both are achievable by dancing for fun.

One of the numerous benefits of dancing is to feel young and confident. When you dance it gives you that kind of positivity that you feel stronger and you feel capable of achieving things that you want which boosts your confidence level.  It also makes you laugh and smile!

There is a new study that shows that seniors who added dance to their life style are happier and healthier that others who don’t dance.  Imagine how much you can benefit if you add dance to your life!  So what are you waiting for?
